COVID RELATED: You must be vaccinated & boosted. Given the sudden surge (as of May 2022), we will almost certainly require masks in class, too.

If I disagree or am unable, I will withdraw (full refund - must notify us before June 2, 2022). I agree that if I have ANY symptoms of cold, flu, allergy, or COVID, I will not attend class. (Note: you are welcome to a pro-rata refund for any class missed for that reason.)
